Aaminah Haq

Aaminah Haq (Urdu: amnh Hq) (also known as Aamina Haq or Amna Haq) is a Pakistani model and actress. Haq has been a model for several magazines like She, Libas, Visage, Women's Own, Fashion Collection and Newsline. Lux Style Ki Duniya's three-season series was also her debut as a host. She also hosted the Aaminah Haiq Show, which is a chat program that was produced by Aag TV. Haq has appeared in various Urdu TV dramas such as Chaandni Raatain and Ghulam Gardish. She also appeared in the TV drama Mehndi. No matter what the issue is -- weight gain or fat loss, the way we dress or how we view our bodies -- continual scrutiny of our bodies and appearances is a fact of life. Even more, women are typically subject to this critique on a much higher scale than their male counterparts. A clip from the late Hassan Sheheryar Yasin's talk show which is making the rounds on social media is a good example of the root of the issue: in it, models Amna Ilyas and Sadaf Kanwal (not considered to be politically right) are shown playing an uninvolved game of Guess the Celebrity.
